Welcome to Technical Tutoring!

This blog, brought to you by Hyper-Ad Enterprises, Inc., communicates with you, the student in need of help, whether in elementary school, home school, high school, undergraduate college, graduate school or just an interested person wanting fast introductions to important STEM topics, from one of the original STEM college tutoring sites, Technical Tutoring, on the Internet.

The site was first created in 1996, back when the Internet was still young.  We have since expanded our free offerings to cover subjects appropriate to younger people, and to people needing a quickie update on some STEM topic learned long ago.

The web content is free, all of it.  At some point in the future, we may make additional, specialized content available for download for a fee, but that day has yet to come.  When it happens, it will be announced here.

In the meantime, please share the URL for Technical Tutoring ( http://hyper-ad.com/tutoring/ ) with your friends, colleagues, fellow home schoolers, fellow students and relatives.  Buy products you need from our Hyper-Ad Online Store. By supporting this site, you will guarantee a constant stream of fresh, new, relevant material that gets steadily better with time.

Style Note: Technical Tutoring was and always will be about getting right to the point, fast.  I don't like to have my time wasted, and neither do any of you.  Thus, the presentations on this site are concise and move fairly fast.  The site has actually been criticized for going so fast in the past.

We feel strongly that brevity is the soul of virtue.  What you get by reading our site is a very rapid, concise, brief introduction to a topic, which will take you minutes to read, followed by equally rapid introductions to increasingly detailed areas.  If you need to go more slowly, you can take your time.  It's a website!  More and more detailed pages will be produced as time goes on, and eventually, there will be something for everybody.

Site Maintenance Note: There have been many broken links on this site for years.  The reasons for that are unimportant, life happens to all of us, but the important thing to note is that the broken links are being fixed very rapidly now.  There were initially thousands of them, now down to hundreds.  We are typing as rapidly as we can, please have patience.  I personally expect all broken links, dead pages, etc to be fixed within a month of this entry (7 Jun 2017).
